Biography
Born and raised in Japan, Keiko Hiramoto began her career in London after training at the renowned Greasepaint makeup school. Her artistry was quickly recognized, leading her to work with international publications including Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, L’Officiel, and Vogue across Europe and East Asia. She later moved to New York City to further expand her career.
Keiko thrives on creative collaboration with photographers, hairstylists, and models, producing striking images featured in Vogue, W, Grazia, Harper's Bazaar, Super, i-D, Interview, and Marie Claire. She has created looks for leading fashion houses and brands including Oscar de la Renta, DVF, Tadashi Shoji, Uniqlo, Lafayette 148, Nine West, Free People, and Urban Outfitters.
Inspired by nature, cinema, and iconic photography, Keiko focuses on enhancing natural beauty, with flawless skin as the foundation of every look.
“I am interested first in people’s features and their face frame. I love to enhance their natural beauty and to make their skin look beautiful. That is the most important thing when applying makeup – the skin.”
