Ralph Siciliano Makeup
Biography
Born and raised in New York City, Ralph Siciliano’s creative vision was shaped by the cultural energy of Spanish Harlem and the Bronx. With a Latino mother and Italian father, his world was filled with art, music, and style — influences that continue to inspire his work today.
Trained as a fine artist, Ralph studied drawing and painting before discovering that the human face could be his most expressive canvas. His transition into makeup artistry came naturally, blending a painter’s technique with a deep appreciation for fashion, beauty, and storytelling.
“I love vintage pop culture as well as fashion and art history,” Ralph says. “This knowledge has been an asset for me when approaching new projects. Taste level is everything. To know the past is to shape the present.”
Ralph’s work spans red carpet, editorial, and commercial projects, defined by a refined aesthetic and a thoughtful, artistic approach. He is also a proud member of IATSE Local 798 for film and television.
His artistry has been featured in Vogue Italia, Vogue Germany, Vogue España, Teen Vogue, V Magazine, Interview, 10 Magazine, W, i-D, and Numéro. He has collaborated with leading photographers including Gregory Harris, Emma Summerton, Paola Kudacki, Tom Munro, Patrick Demarchelier, Richard Burbridge, and Ben Hassett, and created red carpet looks for talents such as Emma Myers, Pom Klementieff, Indya Moore, Danai Gurira, and Havana Rose Liu.
For Ralph, beauty is both art and emotion — a way to connect creativity, culture, and individuality in every look he creates.
