Toronto-born Brylie Fowler was catapulted into the fashion world at age 20, styling a shoot with then 16 year old Raquel Zimmerman for famed fashion photographer Patrick Demarchelier in NYC on a break from school. After finishing her studies she moved to Paris and honed her styling skills as a Junior Fashion Editor at alternative Parisian fashion bible Citizen K. She left Paris for London and was soon contributing as a women's Fashion Editor for titles like Harper's Bazaar UK and the Sunday Times Style Magazine. Working personally with clients such as Aquascutum, Diesel, Nivea, Moet Chandon, Harry Winston, Chanel and Cartier secured Brylie's place on the fashion map.
With a strong passion for both creative direction and art direction, Fowler then launched her own award winning publication, PLASTIQUE Magazine selling in 33 countries worldwide. She has now set her sights on global domination; her presence in Asia has been cemented with her styling of several cover and interior shoots for China's largest fashion publication VISION, a shoot for Japan's Commons & Sense and most notably 2 covers and 10 page interior shoots for W Korea, her first became W Korea's highest selling cover and sold out worldwide. This success was followed by an interview in Korean Harper's Bazaar and campaigns for Jill by Jill Stuart and DAKS. Brylie looks forward to continuing her work in fashion, product design and branding consultancies the world over.
Brylie lives in New York City.
